Trammell Crow slaps down $24M for Eastgate site, with 390 units planned

A groundbreaking hasn’t been announced, but the construction loan is in hand.

Three years ago, as the DJC first reported, Trammell Crow Residential began eying a vacant patch of Bellevue land within the Sunset North office park. The oddly shaped 7-acre site goes by 3002 139th Ave. S.E. It's just north of Interstate 90, near Bellevue College, and a few steps from the Eastgate Park & Ride.
