After Fremont property split, one side sells for $9M

To the east, the newer Equinox Building has a new owner.

The Equinox Building, at 711 N. 35th St., sold last week for $8.9 million, according to King County records. The seller, via an LLC, was Blueprint Capital, which acquired the property as part of a larger 2022 deal.
