Sage pays $15M for Kirkland motel

KIRKLAND — A Motel 6 in Totem Lake, at 12010 120th Place N.E., sold this week for a bit over $15.4 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Old West 12010 LLC, associated with PMF Investments of Bellevue. It acquired the property in 2020 for about $6.3 million.
