Ballard buildings trade for over $8M

SEATTLE — A Ballard industrial property at 600 N.W. 40th St. sold last week for $8.5 million, according to King County records.

The seller, via three LLCs, was ScanlanKemperBard of Portland, which acquired the property in 2021 for almost $6.5 million.
