Historic automata, mechanical musical instruments, workshops, demonstrations and educational programs are promised.

Having made his fortune via various websites, Andrew Conru has in recent years acquired a portfolio of vintage red-brick buildings in Pioneer Square and south of Pike Place Market. The best known, facing Seattle Art Museum, is the decrepit Seven Seas Building, which has been vacant since the Lusty Lady peep show departed in 2010.
