BOTHELL — The land hasn't yet sold, but plans are well advanced now for a self-storage facility at 23004 Bothell Everett Hwy. That's in the Canyon Park area, a little south of Interstate 405.
The city recently issued a SEPA determination of non-significance for the four-story, 96,534-square-foot storage building, designed by Jackson Main Architecture. It's collaborating with developer and presumptive buyer, of about 2.5 acres, Cascade Investment Properties. That firm, based in Redmond, has worked with Jackson Main on prior storage projects.
