Goodman and partner pay over $94M for 211 SLU units and Glazer's Camera shop

This view looks south at the Glazer's space.

In its first sale, the 8th + Republican apartments in South Lake Union traded this week for a little over $94.6 million, according to King County records. The seller at 430 Eighth Ave. N. was original developer Wolff, via an LLC. It acquired the land, nearly a half block, in 2013 for $12.5 million. Essex Property Trust was also part of the old ownership.
