Wilburton mega-project could hit 46 stories and 1,397 units, plus office tower

This view looks north up 116th at the west apartment tower.

KG Investment Properties has a 6.6-acre assemblage just south of Wilburton Station in Bellevue, east of the freeway. Plans emerged a few years ago to redevelop, with architect Solomon Cordwell Buenz doing the master plan for KGIP. That's now in review with the city; a few old auto-sales buildings await demolition.
