Inland Group conveys another 585 affordable units to Blackstone

    The fairly new 220-unit Adara apartments in SeaTac sold this week for $75 million, according to King County records. The seller at 15311 33rd Ave. S. was Adara at SeaTac LLC, which is associated with original developer Inland Group.
