Cordillera starts on 26-unit Kirkland condo project

The four-story Central Peak replaces an old US Bank branch in Kirkland’s old downtown core.

Cordillera Homes said in July that it was soon to start a boutique condo project in downtown Kirkland. That day came on Wednesday, with the ceremonial groundbreaking at 177 Central Way.
