Warehouse in Kent sells for over $22M

KENT — A industrial property at 6013 S. 194th St. sold last week for $22.5 million, according to King County records.

The seller was 6013 South 194th Street LLC, an entity of United Warehouses, which acquired the land in 1986 for about $1 million, then put up the building.
