Century-old Cap Hill charmer could be yours, but with a catch

There’s no asking price or stated deadline for offers.

Back in 2018, as the DJC and others then reported, workforce housing specialist Anew proposed a Capitol Hill conversion project at 615 Bellevue Ave. E. The notion was to add units to the old brick pile, possibly increasing the dwelling quarters from 34 apartments to 147 SEDUs. (Those might have also included some congregate units, or co-housing, if you prefer.) Anew had planned a JV with the longtime building owners, not an outright purchase.
