Where Undre Arms once stood, 105 First Hill units sell for over $36M

Alliance built the project for Transwestern, after a local team’s effort was foiled.

In its first sale, on a very prominent First Hill triangle, the Viva apartments traded this week for almost $36.6 million, according to King County records.
