Milton retail center sells for $41M

By JOURNAL STAFF

MILTON, Pierce County — A Safeway-anchored shopping center at 900-980 Meridian Ave. E. sold last week for a bit over $41 million, according to Pierce County records.

The seller was Surprise Lake Square LLC, associated with Tourmaline Capital of San Diego, which acquired the property in 2015 for $19.5 million.
