196 Renton units trade for over $47M

RENTON — Plum Tree Park, at 200 S.W. Fifth Place, sold this week for just over $47.2 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Bel Renton Holdings LLC, associated with Equity Residential and Eaton Vance Management, which acquired the property in 2000 for about $17 million.
