Capitol Hill site finds new hands

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — A sloping Capitol Hill development site, at 1020 Bellevue Court E., sold last week for a little over $2.2 million, according to King County records.

The seller was XH Realty, which acquired the property in 2015 for about $2.1 million. Two old houses were later demolished, and Studio19 Architects helped secure a master use permit for a five-story, 46-unit apartment project.
