Roxbury Lanes rolls into new hands

SEATTLE — Roxbury Lanes, at 2823 S.W. Roxbury St., sold last week for a little over $5.8 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Store Master Funding VIII LLC, an Arizona lending specialist, which acquired the property in 2016 for $2.8 million.
