Lynnwood retail plaza sells for $54M

LYNNWOOD — Alderwood Plaza, at 18520 33rd Ave. W., sold late last month for $54 million. Snohomish County was slow to record the sale, which was part of a larger $625 million portfolio sale the DJC reported two weeks ago.

The buyer of 10 retail centers — two in our state, eight in California — is a venture of DRA Advisors and partner DLC, which are both based in New York. The new owners had announced the pending deal, but not the individual prices.
