Amazon backs purchase of 48 Greenwood units, to become affordable housing

The temporary certificate of occupancy came one year ago for a 48-unit Greenwood apartment building once known as J251 (or J2 Fifty-One). That project, at 9736 Greenwood Ave. N., was offered for sale the prior year, while still under construction.
