Garden apartments in University Place sell for over $10M

UNIVERSITY PLACE — An apartment complex at 6407-6425 53rd Ave. Court W. sold last week for $10.5 million, according to Pierce County records.

The seller was UP Apts I LLC, which acquired the property in 2021 for about $8.1 million.
