Pierce County units sell for over $14M

By JOURNAL STAFF

LAKEWOOD — An apartment complex at 2611 84th St. Court S. sold last week for $14.3 million, according to Pierce County records.

The seller was Crown Pointe Apartments LP, associated with Goodman Real Estate, which acquired the property in 1997 for over $2.5 million.
