Greenwood corner to get 30 units

SEATTLE — Back in August, a commercial building at 8001 Greenwood Ave. N. sold to a local investor for a bit under $2 million.

Newmark was the broker. On the corner of North 80th Street, it's home to Snapshot Brewing, a dance studio and Phinney Ridge Cabinet Company.
