Alta Norra, with 228 units, now leasing in Shoreline

Pictured last weekend, the building looks ready for tenants, though still fenced.

Acting as its own builder, Wood Partners began work on a Shoreline apartment project two summers ago, not long after the land sales. Having replaced Leena's Cafe, at 17712 15th Ave. N.E., the six-story, 228-unit Alta Norra recently began leasing. It's in the North City neighborhood.
