Two old rental houses still await demolition at 3010 S.W. Avalon Way, where a new apartment plan first sprouted back in 2019. For the longtime landowner, Studio19 Architects devised an eight-story, 86-unit replacement project. And this month came the master use permit for the unnamed West Seattle proposal.
