SLU restaurant turning to offices?

SEATTLE — You read that correctly. Owner Pembroke will convert the 13th floor restaurant space at its 400 Fairview Ave. N. building to offices.

On that top level, Mbar was an original tenant since the building opened. But, it recently announced on its website, “After nine unforgettable years on the rooftop, Mbar's last day of service was Saturday, November 1st.”
