Vacant store in Federal Way sells for over $3M

By JOURNAL STAFF

FEDERAL WAY — A vacant former Grocery Outlet store, at 32945 Pacific Hwy. S., recently sold for not quite $3.6 million, according to King County records.

The seller was R&R Federal Way LLC, a family group that had owned the property for decades.
