The old warehouse underwent an extensive renovation with architect Olson Kundig. The name, and signage, have since changed.

In an unexpected listing this week, the House of Smith Jet City Winery in Georgetown is for sale. Newmark and Meriwether Advisors are asking $12 million for the main property and a small south adjunct.
