Shopping center sells for over $29M

LAKE STEVENS, Snohomish County — A Haggen-anchored shopping center at 208 91st Ave. N.E. sold last month for almost $29.3 million. Snohomish County only recorded the sale this week.

The seller was 810 Mountain A WA LLC, which under a different name acquired the property in 2010 for over $16.1 million. (ROIC is now Perform Properties, an arm of Blackstone.)
