After $7M sale, a clean page for Duwamish Waterway property

Twinsteps and Barghausen are working on the renovation plan.

The KapStone paper and packaging plant 5901 E. Marginal Way S. sold this week for $7.5 million, according to King County records. The seller was WestRock Longview LLC, which is associated with Smurfit WestRock.
