IBEW training arm buys Renton building

By JOURNAL STAFF

RENTON — An office building at 440-500 S.W. Seventh St. sold last week for $11.5 million, according to King County records.

The seller was ICM 500 LLC, which acquired the property in 2008 for over $10.6 million.
