Long battle against Battelle/Talaris redevelopment nears $64M resolution

The Battelle/Talaris property was designed by David Hoedemaker of NBBJ and developed in the 1960s.

Way back in the spring of 2000, an LLC associated with Bruce and Jolene McCaw acquired the nearly 18-acre Battelle/Talaris campus in Laurelhurst. The price then was about $15.6 million.
