SEATTLE — In April of last year, Onelin Capital paid $27 million for the University Inn, at 4140 Roosevelt Way N.E. That's still operating under the banner of Staypineapple, which is related to last year's seller, Columbia West Properties.
Now there's an apartment plan, filed last week by architect MG2, for two 20-story towers. The number of units isn't yet specified. Underground parking could have 77 spaces. At least three retail bays are indicated in a project carrying a nominal value of over $112 million.
