CSR Marine stays put on Salmon Bay

SEATTLE — Landlord Wing Point Partners and maritime tenant CSR Marine announced a lease extension this week. Terms weren't disclosed.

CSR is a legacy presence at the Ballard Mill Marina, providing boat repair and service at 4733 Shilshole Ave N.W., which traded last year to Wing Point for about $9.5 million.
