SLU assemblage returns to market

SEATTLE — As the DJC first reported in early 2023, a South Lake Union development site then drew the attention of developer Vibrant Cities. A 151-unit apartment building was proposed at 222 Minor Ave. N., about two blocks west of REI.

That plan has been dormant for the past two years. And this month the midblock assemblage was listed for sale by John Hatton of Tessera Group.
