Sage to flip Motel 6 to housing

ISSAQUAH — A Motel 6 at 1885 15th Place N.W. sold this week for nearly $9.6 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Old West 1885 LLC, associated with PMF Investments of Bellevue, which acquired the property in 2020 for about $5.5 million.
