Holland pays over $22M for Ballard Blossom site, with 239 units to follow

The large, long building would present about 393 feet along Market.

The master use permit came last fall at 1740 N.W. Market St., for the former Ballard Blossom building and its neighbors. There, Holland Partner Group and Ankrom Moisan Architects have an approved eight-story, 239-unit plan, with demolition permits added to the stack this month. Holland will build the unnamed project.
