Nordstrom announced this week that Hess Callahan is to be its landlord, with the new store expected to open in the spring of next year.

SEATTLE — Back in October, Hess Callahan Group filed an early tenant improvement plan at 601 Pine St., aka the vacant former Forever 21 building. Then came a more detailed proposal from prospective tenant Nordstrom Rack and Hoshide Wanzer Architects.
