Capitol Hill units sell for nearly $10M

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — An apartment building at 1718 Melrose Ave. sold this week for almost $9.8 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Crest Apartment Associates LLC, which acquired the property in 2001 for about $5.2 million.
