On former bank triangle, Cordillera partners with MainStreet

The very walkable site is just east of Anderson Park.

A short walk north from Downtown Redmond Station is a vacant former Union Bank building, at 17000 Avondale Way. Via an LLC, Cordillera Group of Kirkland purchased the triangular bank property last summer. At the time, a seven-story, 50-unit condominium project was contemplated. No architect was then indicated.
