Scarecrow confirms building buy

The new owner announced the purchase this week.

SEATTLE — Last year, in the University District, the DJC was first to report that the Scarecrow Video property was for sale. And earlier this month, the DJC reported the over $5.5 million sale at 5030-5048 Roosevelt Way N.E., with the buyer being the nonprofit parent to Scarecrow.
