More about the Eclipse Hotel sale

The century-old Eclipse was once a single room occupancy hotel (SRO), with 80 rooms on its two upper floors, now empty.

SEATTLE — As the DJC reported early this month, the nonprofit Seattle Chinatown International District Preservation then acquired a mostly vacant old hotel at 670 S. Weller St. The $2.5 million purchase was backed by the Amazon Housing Equity Fund.
