Kirkland condos now for sale

Central Peak is still the name for a 26-unit condo project begun in downtown Kirkland last summer. Cordillera Homes and its building arm, TCG Construction, are targeting the summer of next year for completing the four-story building. Now the sales effort has launched, with Compass as the broker. The latter's sales gallery is somewhere near the actual construction site (177 Central Way), with hours by appointment. Prices haven't been disclosed for the condos, which are to range from 1,150 to 2,415 square feet, with one to two bedrooms. The sales website suggests that the pricing spectrum will run from about $1.5 million to over $3 million, meaning around $1,200 to $1,300 per square foot. Cordillera's Nick Tosti said in a press release, “The design reflects a timeless, contemporary Pacific Northwest aesthetic, with thoughtfully considered layouts, flow and features that bring to life what people love most about this area.” Baylis Architects designed the project. The brokers at Compass are Tere Foster, Moya Skillman and Michael Orbino. The latter added, “Buyers are drawn to the combination of new construction, thoughtful design tailored to how people live today, and the rare opportunity to own a modern condo in the heart of downtown Kirkland.”
