Perkins Eastman now designing 135 affordable units for St. Mark's

    The six-story addition would sit north of the cathedral and west of St. Nicholas.

    For a half dozen years now, St. Mark's Episcopal Cathedral has been mulling the future of its landmarked former St. Nicholas School building next door, at 1501 10th Ave. E. on Capitol Hill. Affordable housing is the goal.
