Imagine Housing set to open all-affordable Samma

Samma, a few months ago ....

With final touches being put to the new Samma apartment building at 17910 Bothell Way N.E., Imagine Housing is now leasing those 76 units. Samma — which roughly translates from the Sanskrit as right or correct or proper — will offer affordable housing for residents aged 55 and over. They'll earn up to 50% of area median income.
