New proposal for 58 units near Interbay Whole Foods

The old design, pictured, will likely influence the somewhat larger new proposal.

Plans emerged a decade ago for a possible apartment building, dubbed Interbay Lofts, at 2235 15th Ave. W. Married Denver investors own the sloping site, which is mostly bare but for a vacant old building.
