We at the DJC own a beautiful historic building near the downtown Seattle ferry terminal. We're happy here, but it's a bit lonely. We have two fantastic tenants, and we need one more.

We have 7,000 square feet of space available on the third floor of our four-story building. The space can be divided into a 5,000-square-foot space and a 2,000-square-foot space. Both offices have original floors, wood beams and columns and exposed brick. The larger space features a conference room, several private offices and kitchen/party area. There are also views of the sound and mountains.

The good news for prospective tenants is that the rental market around here is not good. That's why we're offering low rates: $19 psf gross for the large space and $19 psf for the smaller one. That comes out to $7,916 per month for the big space and $3,000 per month for the smaller one. With the new Seattle waterfront, our building at 83 Columbia St. is one of the best locations in the city. Easy walk from Colman Dock and light rail. And if you want to catch a Mariners or Seahawks game, that's very walkable too.

The DJC has its offices on the second floor and we're looking for another great company to join us.
