Adding just 100 square feet to this 50-year-old architecturally designed home gave the owners the whirlpool tub and walk-in closet they desired. Taking advantage of the Ralph Anderson Architect design with his signature generous eves, the exterior walls were moved without having to alter the roofline. Unique features of the remodel include a radius wall which helps maintain ceiling height and the new shower design, which incorporates a window wall into the shower itself.
