Dyna Contracting

For this remodel, the contractor focused on key elements to improve overall style and livability. The biggest change involved the entryway. By replacing a solid half-wall with a custom rail and altering a central fireplace, the contractor completely opened up sight lines. Other changes included installing a more luxurious master bath; two bedrooms repurposed as a music room and office; and an updated powder room. Lower level additions include a laundry room, wine cellar and guest suite. To increase efficiencies, the home was rewired and re-plumbed. The result creates a more pleasing and integrated whole.
