Coming From California, the owners of this Northwest home spent a lot of time outdoors. However, living in the Northwest, the weather only allows for that lifestyle a few months out of the year. So, they decided it was time to create an outdoor living space. The existing house posed some tricky issues for roof lines of the new space, but an L-shaped outdoor living and dining room would satisfy the needs of the owner and fit with the home. The outcome is a beautiful, extremely functional, outdoor space that practically adds to the square footage of the home for this outdoor-minded family.
