Budova Construction created an old-world look for this Calgary-area home using stucco and stone.

Although the owner of this project requested anonymity, it is reported that the custom home is more than 12,000 square feet with state-of-the-art electronics, an indoor swimming pool, racquetball court, game room and large home theater.

Judge’s comment: “The owner was looking to match a difficult, old-world stucco finish to go with the design of this magnificent home. Those performing the stucco work showed the true art and craftsmanship of the trade.”
